CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me time to offer the spot to another client. Cancellations and rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee of 60% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments. If you're running late, please let me know. After 10 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show. Emergency situations will always be taken into consideration with understanding and discretion.
